Manganese Refinery and Manufacturing FDI Are Both Scaling

A 450 million dollar manganese refinery is being developed to produce battery-grade output for the EV supply chain, alongside roughly 726 million dollars in development-finance-backed manufacturing and agribusiness support committed this fiscal year. Given the scale of capital already committed, there's a sourcing role connecting equipment suppliers, offtake partners or additional co-investors to these projects.
