Innovation City Is Building a Long-Term Talent Pipeline

A mixed-use innovation hub under construction in Kigali is expected to produce over 2,600 university graduates a year across technology, research and entrepreneurship disciplines, backed by around $300 million in combined public and development-partner investment. A consultancy could position itself to connect that graduate pipeline with multinational employers or further training partnerships as the project matures.
