Karachi Apparel Hub Chases Multi-Billion-Dollar Export Target

Plans for an apparel manufacturing cluster at Port Qasim are targeting $2.2 billion in annual exports, with one textile manufacturer committing more than $18 million to a new, vertically integrated plant built around greener production methods.
